- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very unorganized. At first the agent signing me up seemed very professional and knowledgeable but that soon changed as she could never remember me or my needs when I called to check up on my file. She would ask me to call her back and when she didn't answer her vm was full so I couldn't leave a message. She'd tell me she'll call me back and never did. When we did speak, she seemed either senile or scattered brained. I tried for almost 2 and a half weeks to pay my premium for my new policy but billing never found my info. I later found out nothing was ever submitted for me. I had a lot of stress going on in my life and this just added to the frustration. Honestly, I'm glad I never gave her my payment info.
