  I would not recommend anyone to be treated here! The OBGYN's are very nice BUT THEIR STAFF is terrible! I have been calling and being promised a "research & call back" at least 4 times about a charge that I received after my annual(which women are not to be charged for according to the law! & the assistant tried to convince me that it was based on your insurance provider!). After contacting my insurance provider they informed me that my services were coded incorrectly and needed to be changed and resubmitted(even provided me with the codes that I shared with the office manager to resolve the issue!!).. to make a long story short I have spoken with the office manager a number of times, lied to about it being taken care of, lied to about receiving a call bk, bounced around from person to person to "handle"the matter only to have my account sent to a COLLECTIONS AGENCY!! I even went by the office to speak with her & was promised a call after her meeting which I NEVER RECEIVED! Not to mention being weighed @30 lbs more than my actual weight &once I made the assistant aware without a care she said "let's do it again...you were right" ... they don't communicate with the providers the medical assistant told me to pick up a pill form of a gel that was already provided& it was not cheap! Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have reached out to HR ....STILL WAITING!!
