- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been affected by hurricane Irma. Started our claim 2 months ago still haven't received ANYTHING... The person "helping" us told us we would be on something called fast track. Three estimates have been sent each one reducing the amount more and more. They are still giving us a hard time... They decided to send an adjuster. It has been 10 days since the adjuster was sent still nothing.. This is one of those companies that if you are not chasing them they WILL NOT CALL YOU and tell you what is going on. The lack of communication is horrible and the intentions to help are even worse. WE are very upset we chose them. Our neighbors on both sides have received double the amount we are asking for and they got it! WE have very similar damages and nothing... Unfortunately, this is the typical insurance nightmare where you have to put your boxing gloves to fight. I have spent so much time talking to them. Total waste of time.. They offer excellent service to hook you in and get you to sign up for this company.
