  I have seen Dr. Agrios and Dr. Iobs for 4 years now and they both are good and nice doctors, but the staff they have hired to take care of the billing and the front desk, they have poor customer service skills and unfortunately I as a patient had to deal with them. I received a call before my appointment to letting me know I haven't met my deductible so I had to pay for the service 100%, which is fine and I agreed, even thought there were claims pending and with them I would probably meet my deductible and I explained it to the person who called me but she said, " No, Ms. B....., it is not how it works, you have to pay 100%" so I agreed and went to the appointment. The date of my appointment, probably the same lady who called me, was in the front desk and after she gave me a table to enter all my information again, as I would be a new patient, supposedly to check in for the appointment, it's what she said, I don't think she was right, I think they have switched from paper to electronic and they wanted me to enter all my information again, I went to the front desk to return the table, and she said "okay it is $182". She didn't say thank you, nothing, no manners at all, just pay! I asked her, why should I PAY BEFORE SEEING THE DOCTOR (actually I went for an ultrasound) and she said, well they want us to charge the patients before they see the doctors and you are going to see the Dr. anyways so just pay now. I don't know when they have changed their policy but it is rude to charge before getting the service. I don't know what type of people they have as patients but I am not going to spend my money in this Doctor's office, I did have the money to pay, I even handled my credit card and she swiped the card and gave me the receipt to sign it, then I though why should I allow this women to be rude with me, so I told her, you know what, I have changed my mind, I am cancelling this appointment because if for some reason they find any problem in the ultrasound, I will have to come back and deal with you and your poor manners and I am not going to do that.
