- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an appointment at 8:30 with Robert Jones as a new patient. The front staff were very nice and helpful, and my appointment got finished well within the expected time range. Jones was wonderfully friendly and personable, and it was one of the best experiences I've had at the doctors'. Maybe it's because all I was doing was basically giving a history and getting a basic physical, but I did not experience any of the delays or rudeness others mention here.
