- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tried multiple times to get an appointment, as Dr. Kaye is on my plan and is supposed to be knowledgeable about Lyme disease. Her office manager talked to me twice, but never made an appointment, even had me send her my Western blot test results. I also sent a request via their website, always polite. I have never encountered a doctor who can't be bothered to respond to a patient in need until now, but if I got the cold shoulder when I have insurance, how will you and yours get treated?
